On top of the COVID-19 pandemic, annual flu season has arrived. To help our community combat the COVID-19 pandemic and flu season, we have developed a sensitive RT-PCR assay to detect the presence of SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19), Influenza A/B, and RSV A/B viral RNA in individuals with cold symptoms or exposure to COVID, influenza, and/or RSV. Although cold symptoms can be caused by many factors; this test will help you to determine if your symptoms are caused by influenza, RSV, or COVID-19 so that you can select appropriate methods to treat your illness. A simple test could potentially help you get better faster and prevent spread of these viruses to your loved ones. We look forward to serving you in our laboratory.
